Memo from Dealer Chairman:
1. 2025 SHOW: The Nashville Philatelic Society is having its annual stamp show, and we are 
   expecting one of our biggest and best shows. It will be held at Gallatin Civic Center, 
   with show space of 10,000 square feet.	

2. LOCATION: Gallatin Civic Center • Gallatin Civic Center • Gallatin, TN 37066

3. SHOW HOURS: Friday dealer setup 2pm - 6pm • Saturday 10am – 5pm • Sunday 10am – 4pm 

4. TABLE RENTALS FOR DEALERS: (1) One 6' table with backup table,      $100.00.
                              (2) Two 6' tables with backup tables,    $170.00.
                              (3) Three 6' tables with backup tables,  $230.00.
                              (4) Four 6' tables with backup tables,   $290.00.
   If a larger number of tables are required, we will accommodate you. A non-refundable 
   deposit of $100.00 will reserve your space. Balance is due by February 15, 2025.

5. PAYMENT: All payments by check, please make payable to Nashville Philatelic Society, mailed     
   to the address above. Upon receiving of payment, dealers' confirmation is guaranteed unless 
   personally notified otherwise.

8. SECURITY: The Nashville Philatelic Society, its officers, and Gallatin Civic Center
   are not liable for theft, fire, or loss of material.
